Our support includes: market analysis for your country, model selection guidance, CKD assembly setup (if applicable), branding and packaging design, marketing materials, and technical training. We've helped partners in 50+ countries start and scale their electric motorcycle businesses.

We provide comprehensive after-sales support: free spare parts package (1-2% of order value) with every bulk order, remote technical support via WhatsApp/video call, maintenance training for your workshop staff, warranty claim processing, and long-term spare parts supply at cost price. For large dealers, we can arrange on-site technical visits.

Full OEM/ODM support includes: custom motor power (500W-10000W), battery type and capacity (lead-acid or lithium, 48V-72V), frame design and color, branding (logo, stickers, packaging), instrument panel and display, lighting configuration, speed settings, and accessories. We support from simple logo changes to complete custom designs. MOQ for OEM: 50 units. MOQ for ODM (custom design): 100 units.

Yes. OEM branding is one of our core services. We can apply your brand logo on: the motorcycle body (stickers or painted), instrument panel, packaging boxes, user manuals, warranty cards, and spare parts bags. We provide design support to ensure your branding looks professional. Logo branding is available for orders of 50+ units at no extra charge.

Yes. We customize models to meet specific country regulations: speed limiters for markets with maximum speed restrictions, power output adjustment for licensing categories, lighting configurations (left/right hand drive, reflector placement), braking systems (disc/drum/CBS/ABS), and homologation documentation. We have experience with regulations in India (AIS-156), Brazil (INMETRO/Resolução 996), Europe (EEC), Indonesia (SNI), and Thailand (TISI).

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): You provide the design/specs, we manufacture under your brand. You own the design. Lower MOQ (50 units), faster turnaround. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer): We provide the design and engineering, you brand it as yours. Higher customization level, includes custom tooling and molds. MOQ 100 units. Most of our partners start with OEM and graduate to ODM as their brand grows.

Our factory is located at No.402 Hongye East Road, Anzhen Sub-district, Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. Wuxi is 40 minutes from Shanghai by high-speed rail. We welcome factory visits and can arrange production line tours, sample vehicle testing, and face-to-face technical consultations.

Our electric motorcycles hold CE, EEC, DOT, CCC, and EAC certifications for global markets. We also assist with market-specific compliance including AIS-156 for India, SNI for Indonesia, TISI for Thailand, and INMETRO for Brazil. Pre-certified models are available for faster market entry.

China factory prices depend on motor power and battery capacity. Entry-level electric scooters start from around $200 FOB, mid-range electric mopeds range from $300 to $500, and high-speed electric motorcycles with 72V lithium batteries range from $400 to $800 per unit. Typical sea freight transit times from Shanghai: 7-15 days to Southeast Asia, 18-25 days to the Middle East, 25-35 days to Latin America, 30-40 days to Africa, and 30-45 days to Europe. Rail freight to Central Asia and Europe takes 12-18 days. Add 15-30 days production lead time before shipment. We provide real-time container tracking and full shipping documents for every order.

We provide a 12-month warranty on complete vehicles covering motor, controller, and charger defects, and a 6-month warranty on batteries under normal use. For B2B partners we additionally supply free spare part packages (typically 1-2% of order value) with every bulk order, plus long-term parts replenishment from our Wuxi supply network.

Yes — factory visits are welcome. Our Wuxi facility is 40 minutes from Shanghai by high-speed rail. We arrange production line tours, sample vehicle testing, and face-to-face technical consultations. For buyers unable to travel, we offer live video factory tours and third-party inspection reports (SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas) before shipment.

Standard payment terms: 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment (after production completion and inspection). We also accept L/C at sight for orders above $50,000. For long-term partners, we can discuss flexible payment arrangements. All payments are in USD.

Standard production lead time is 15-30 days depending on order quantity and model complexity. Trial orders (10-50 units) typically complete in 15-20 days. Electric scooters (500W-2000W) are step-through design, lighter weight, 40-80km range, ideal for urban commuting and delivery. Electric motorcycles (2000W-5000W) have larger frames, higher top speeds (60-100km/h), 80-120km range, and more powerful braking/suspension — designed for inter-city travel and markets where they replace 125cc-200cc gasoline motorcycles.

Yes, we offer pre-certified models that meet street-legal requirements in major markets: EEC-homologated for Europe, AIS-156 for India, INMETRO-compatible for Brazil, and CCC for China. Street-legal requirements vary by country (speed limits, power limits, lighting, braking), and we configure models to meet your specific market regulations.

Yes. We supply full-range spare parts for all our models — batteries, motors, controllers, frames, brakes, suspension, plastic body parts, lights, and tires. Spare parts can be shipped together with vehicles in the same container to reduce logistics costs. We also provide maintenance training for your workshop staff and long-term parts replenishment.

We offer three shipping options: (1) Sea freight (FOB Shanghai/Ningbo) — most cost-effective for bulk orders, 25-45 days depending on destination; (2) Rail freight — available to Central Asia and Europe, 12-18 days; (3) Air freight — for urgent samples or small orders, 3-7 days. We can ship under FOB, CIF, CFR, or DDP terms based on your preference.

CBU (Completely Built Up) = fully assembled vehicles, ready to ride, highest import duty. CKD (Completely Knocked Down) = fully disassembled kits for local assembly, lowest import duty (up to 50% savings), requires assembly factory. SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) = partially assembled, moderate duty savings, simpler assembly than CKD. For markets with high import tariffs (Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Brazil), CKD is the most profitable option.

A 40ft HQ container typically holds: 60-80 electric scooters, 40-50 electric motorcycles, or 100-150 CKD/SKD kit sets (depending on model size). We optimize container loading to maximize your shipment efficiency. CKD kits significantly increase units per container, reducing per-unit shipping costs by 40-60%.

Yes. We handle all Chinese export customs clearance and provide complete documentation for your import clearance: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and any required certificates (CE, EEC, etc.). For CIF and DDP shipments, we coordinate with shipping agents to streamline the process. We also assist with HS code classification to optimize your import duty.

Yes. We can arrange door-to-door delivery to any destination. For port cities, we ship CIF to your nearest port. For inland destinations, we can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping including customs clearance and inland trucking.
