Both. EVXMOTOR is jointly built by Jiangsu Wuxi Tiancheng Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. (international trade) and Wuxi Oudfu Technology Co., Ltd. (manufacturing). We run our own electric motorcycle factory in Wuxi, China, and our own trading company handles global export — no middlemen between you and the production line.

We serve B2B dealers, distributors, and assembly factories in 50+ countries across Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Europe — including Pakistan, India, Vietnam, Brazil, Mexico, UAE, and Russia. Both CBU complete vehicles and CKD/SKD assembly kits are available.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we produce vehicles under your own brand and logo. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means we develop or adapt a model design for you — such as a custom 40 mph delivery scooter or a market-specific configuration. EVXMOTOR supports both: battery capacity, motor power, and appearance kits are all freely configurable.
EVXMOTOR is co-founded by Shiming Wei and Gang Li. Shiming Wei brings over 9 years of experience from Alibaba Group in AI intelligent terminals, plus 2 years at Sungrow in photovoltaic new energy, and holds 4 authorized Chinese patents. Gang Li brings 30 years of electric vehicle manufacturing expertise in supply chain and production management. Together they combine internet technology with traditional manufacturing.
