What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM orders (your logo on existing models), MOQ starts from 10 units. For ODM orders (custom design), MOQ depends on the complexity — typically 50-100 units for new mold designs.
How long does OEM/ODM production take?
OEM orders (existing models + your branding): 15-25 days. ODM orders (new design): 45-90 days depending on mold development and sample approval.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer sample units for evaluation — both existing models and custom-configured units. Sample cost is refundable against bulk order.
