What's the difference between CKD and SKD?
CKD (Completely Knocked Down) means all parts are separated — frame, motor, battery, wheels, etc. — requiring full assembly. SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) means major sub-assemblies are pre-built (e.g., motor mounted on frame), requiring simpler final assembly. CKD offers the lowest import duty; SKD is easier to start with.
